House of Ghee is an initiative conceptualised and launched by Ravi Ghate to bring India’s rich heritage of traditional A2 Desi Cow Ghee to a wider audience through a curated, contemporary platform.

 

The initiative brings together 16+ varieties of A2 Bilona Ghee from indigenous Indian cow breeds, sourced from trusted Goshalas and Gopalaks across India, while creating a fair and sustainable market opportunity for traditional producers. More than a premium food platform, House of Ghee reflects Ravi’s belief in connecting tradition with innovation, rural producers with modern markets, and quality with purpose—creating a business model that preserves heritage while generating sustainable livelihoods.

As part of this, GHEE BANK is established and around 600 L of Desi Cow Ghee is stored for medicinal use.
